This Iron chelate appears to be an okay quality supplement. After a week of taking I’ve noticed overall increased energy. Although each dose I ran into side effects of lethargy that would eventually subside. I really appreciate that this iron is chelated to amino acids. My only complaint is the addition of dicalcium phosphate which delivers a whopping 45mg of calcium per tablet…this is absolutely unnecessary and sabotages the absorption and utilization of the iron! Although the rest of the ingredients are cleanest as can be.
