I take this when were trying to conceive. I love this because it has no after taste. I take this after lunch meal. For me it helps. Since Im pregnant now. 🙏🏻 I hope it helps other womens too whose trying to conceive. 🤍

I was recommended taking these by a dermatology PA because they don’t contain biotin, which doesn’t agree with my acne. I’ve never been pregnant but I’ve been taking them for a couple of years now and have no complaints. My acne has gotten better but I use prescription topicals so I can’t fully attribute that to these. I will say I do notice a slight difference in energy/mood when I don’t take them.
