Quality product with great ingredient in big size package. I use dosage - 1 or 2 pils 1-2 times as day, depending upon your needs. The benefits are great in helping even out the hormone fluctuations. Taste is neitral. The pils are also small in size, making them easy to swallow. This is a nice product, with very well selected ingredients and excellent quality. I started it on a smaller dose and I like how it's going feel after taking it. I am satisfied, and the ingredients are good enough and of good quality.
