I wish there were more tablets but I think you aren't really supposed to take it continuously, you should give it a break and rotate it. The blister pack was easy to open. I wish there were more. I am using this supplement for my dog who was tested with high liver enzymes so we'll see.
I use SAMe to support healthy serotonin, dopamine levels and liver health, but just don't feel any different when I take it. I have used Jarrow products for years and it is top quality, but I don't seem to get any benefit from serotonin , dopamine or GABA products. I do still take the 200 mg product for liver health. The 400 mg dose is too much for my stomach though
