Instead of taking just Levotheroxyne and other medications that are prescribed by doctors, I highly recommend researching more for healthy ways to improve your thyroid health. My best two supplements are thyroid health formula and iodine. Check my thyroid every 2-3 months in dynamic. Those supplements have lowered my TSH and my doctor lowered the dosage of my medication. And she was mad about it 😂

Good ingredients and convenient packaging - I take 2 capsules in the morning, and it seems to improve my mood. Some days it takes 2 caps twice a day. As we age thyroid often becomes slow, so supplements help, along with more vegetables, no gluten, milk protein and more iodine... God helps to find the right path to health.

I don't know about efect on thyroid but from my own experience 2 caps per day is for me personally too much. I've tried L-tyrosine, that is one of the incredience in this supplement, separately and I can't take more than 500mg every second day as otherwise I feel like my brain is in buzz. But other than that I take this supplement at the moment one capsule every day, so it should give me 250mg L-tyrosine and I feel grand. No buzz-side effects. Will see if it helps with weight loss also as with hypothyroidism I've been struggling to get back to my normal weigh, but if I see improvement overall health, then should be easier also to get up and do something to lose weight.
I am hypothyroid and normally take Armour Thyroid at 90mg per day. My prescription lapsed and I didn't have insurance for a time and tried this product. I will say that it fit the bill and kept me alert and I felt as though I was still on my thyroid prescription. So I would definitely recommend.
