These tablets are extremely small. They dissolve immediately under your tongue. They are slightly sweet tasting. The form of B12 is methylcobalamin which is my favored form.

Perfect size as the small pills are both easy to quickly melt under the tongue as they are to dissolve in drinks. The taste is good too.
