tablet dissolves quickly under tongue and has a pleasant flavor. i'm not sure how well it's absorbing, as you can't get an accurate blood testing once you start supplementing. hoping for the best.
Great product, easier absorption under the tongue, mostly if having digestive problems. Nice taste. Reputable brand. I alternate with the other formula B12/B6/methylfolate. I'll keep on purchasing.
Be careful to not shake the bottle after opening as the pills can fall apart. It's otherwise a great supplement: easy to take and tastes decent for a sub-lingual supplement.
Been using this brand 1,000 mcg dose for years. However, I recently got covid all while an extreme heat weave scorched my town. After getting better I had a serious body rash & insomnia. I did all the "healthy living", & doctors checked I had no other ailments. B12 levels were within the normal range but at the lower end of said range. I decided to order the 5,000 mcg (this product) and have seen a substantial improvement since the first 3 days of taking it. No longer do I feel the need to scratch, skin is healing & I've been able to sleep even 6 consecutive hours each night. My overall skin tone is brighter, more vibrant & I have more energy. We all know how crucial B12 is for our bodies but it's important to remember there will be seasons when a higher dose can make a difference. As with the lower dose these pills are extra small, dissolve immediately, don't need to be refrigerated, and have not given me any unwanted side effects. I'm thankful.
This seems to be a better absorption for me than a pill. I can feel the difference if I don't take it in the morning. It's potency and effect make this one a win for me.

I started using it because it was in the stack of vitamins Bryan Johnsson was taking. I concluded that since he decided to use it after conducting numerous tests and constantly experimenting on himself, it must be effective. B12 is great for combating anemia and neurological disorders that manifest more clearly later on in life. Anemia runs in my family, but these, plus the iron I am taking, have made a noticeable difference. I no longer feel tired. I will continue taking this brand, but will go down to 1000 mcg. 5000 mcg is more than 200k of DRV. B12 does not accumulate in the body and is naturally flushed, but I do not need as much anymore.
I decided to start taking B12 because I have chronic gastritis due to an HP infection and I know that when you have gastritis your stomach is not absorbing nutrients like vitamin B12 I also have had nerve neuropathy so that could be related I haven't done any blood work so we'll see how it goes I'm very exc
