Well packaged and well priced! The anchovies are smoothly sliced and delicious. Salty enough but not so salty that you can't eat it on its own. Excellent quality anchovies and great for 2 meals at least! I love that the anchovies are soaked in pure olive oil, giving it an anti-inflammatory boost. The ingredients are just anchovies, salt, and olive oil. It can't get healthier than this.

The taste and quality of these anchovies is very good and the olive oil they’re packed in is clean and pleasant. They’re perfect for adding umami flavor to salads, pasta, or sauces. The only downside is the size — the jar is tiny and pretty much only gives about 1 tablespoon of actual fillets. I wish the quantity was a bit larger for the price. But overall, great taste and quality.

I was expecting a larger jar but didn't realize i was ordering a small one. that's ok. I bought it to use one or two pieces in a pasta dish so I expect to be able to make maybe 2-3 pasta dishes with this, I hope. I didn't know anchovies cost like this. I'm not used to using them. I haven't tried them yet but I do eat the sardines from this company and like them a lot so i trust these are good.

Nice jar that lets me close the lid and put the remainder in the fridge. I couldn’t use a whole can or tin, just need one or two of these anchovies to add a lot of flavor! Sometimes I slice one or two up finely and add to my tuna salad. So good!
