I bought nettles for my allergies and post-nasal drip. It's helping with both quite well! I'm sure with continued use it will go away completely. For the 1st time in my life I can breathe out of both nostrils whereas before one gland in the nostril would be very swollen. Pretty tough when it comes to working out. An added bonus: I no longer have itchy scalp anymore! I knew something was up when I scratched my scalp during the 1st week of taking this and my scalp didn't feel so inflamed. Now I barely scratch and not so much pressure when scratching. I will never be without my nettles!
This Nettle is vital for my prostate issue. The capsules are very easy to be swallowed without any smell. The quality is superb and the ingredient is all about Nettle basically. This supplement is good for any male over 50 years old to maintain a healthy prostate on a daily basis.
my husband requested that I purchase this after reading of the great benefits of nettle. This has been great as a supplement to his daily routine and additin to his diet. There is a wonderful amount of vitamins and minerals in nettle - which explains why it is the favorite herb of so many herbalists. This seller keeps them fresh in stock also, the manufactured date on the bottom was only a couple of months ago. WELL within the expiration date (3 years from now).
