Stress-Relax®, Melatonin, 5 mg, 90 Chewable Tablets

I have really severe insomnia. Had been taking melatonin 10 mg by another trademark for quite long period of time and it stopped working. The doctor said to take a break because the receptors were becoming not responsive and it was not really good to take it on constant basis. I am also subscribed to a couple of integrative doctors who claim that it can be taken daily. Still haven´t found the answer for myself yet. After several months break I decided to return to melatonin with smaller dosage. It helps with combination with no light in the room and no other distractions, tablets are super small, chewable, mint flavour.

First of all- it really works. You should be in your bed, with deemed lights/without light at all, then it will work even faster. In addition, it has a mint flavor and no sweetness in it, so it does not disturb my teeth hygiene.

This Melatonin does its job. It's better to take it in the dark, when you are already in the bed and ready to sleep. The good thing here that it is mint flavoured and not sweet, so you are not worried about your teeth condition at night and don't need to brush again after it (as I see it).

Can't believe they've stopped shipping this to Australia!! Used for sleep for years effectively and safely. People should stop giving their kids ridiculous amounts of gummies and blaming the supplements

Not the first time buying from Natural Factors. One major downside is that these pills would oxidize after 30 or so days (upon open), and the remaining pills will start to feel soggy and coarse texture. But these are secondary, what is important is that the pills does help me sleep when I have my working hours changed due to shift work.
