Pick Me Up, 60 Tablets

I ran across these in one of my recent shopping trips to iHerb and I thought I would give them a try. I was impressed by the quality ingredients, and small size. Since I have a sensitive stomach I am weary of many energy supplements, but Pick Me Up does not upset my stomach. The caplets have a pleasant taste and give me the benefit of a small burst of energy when I need it. I liked the product so much I came back and bought five bottles!

I think it's better than the usual multivitamins, no taste, easy size intake. Should not be used daily but time to time, big yes.

I've been trying this supplement to see if it can help wake me up without needing another cup of coffee. So far, I’m not sure if it’s effective, but I plan to keep using it to see if I notice any benefits. It feels like it’s high quality, but I don’t know about the benefits yet. Like idk if it’s placebo or it actually works… has no special taste. Small to medium size package. I like to use multiple supplements so I can’t quite put my finger on what actually helps lol
