arctic ocean isnt polluted and no mercury in the cod and stuff. Fishy taste but if you want good health and a vitamin A boost, this is pretty much the best cleanest only way besides eatign actual cod livers. This adn salmon fillets really helped my inflammation and muscle tone. and eyesight!
