Leg Cramps PM, 50 Quick-Dissolving Tablets

You don't have any concerns taking this supplement. Taste is fine and gives relief in my legs. I'm 38 years of age and almost every day treatments in the hospital. I bought the PM leg cramp medicine but the regular daytime medicine works better . The package is very portable and easy to use. The tablets dissolve in your mouth and have a minty taste which is pleasant.They seem to help a bit but I had to continuosly chew them. Next time I will buy a different one.

I dissolve a few tablets under the tongue during the night if leg cramps persist. Easy to take with zero taste. A little expensive when one needs 3-4 per night. Relief is experienced quickly however.
