so I really wanted to try a different brand that I shall not name here but couldn’t bring myself to spend $70-$80 a bottle. This was a great alternative that has very similar ingredients and by availability. And I have to say I do notice a different. I crave it in the mornings and did notice a difference in my energy levels and just feeling better adding this to my wellness routine. I mix mine with a shot of mango kefir in the mornings and it makes it taste so good. By itself, it tastes like those Flintstone chewable multivitamins so i always mix it! lol
I got this for my husband as it's hard to get him to take vitamins so the flavored liquid option is ideal. He does like the taste and asks for it daily.
