This is a super fine grain salt. 🧂 I had been using a larger grain from another company that’s always out of stock lo (Selina Naturally)l. Well I actually prefer this salt for salting food right before I eat it. Funny that the out of stock issues made me a fan of this salt. Eden is a great organic company and I love their smooth Apple Cider Vinegar and black eyed peas.
The quality ingredient taste in use is great. Everything is wonderful about the salt. The size is perfect, healthy, and beneficial. I love that the packaging is made of glass.
I've tried other salts and they either taste dirty or have crunchy parts in it, but this salt is really smooth and consistent every time I buy more
I use it for bath, it adds to relaxation - good for sleep) It takes a lot for 1 bath, so It would be nice to have a bigger package)

As a baby boomer and have been buying health food since the 80s. I have tried all types of salt. I used to buy various types of Selina Naturally which was my go to brand. That was until I bought my first jar of this Eden sea salt. The glass packaging on this Eden salt keeps salt in the jar and not anywhere else. The quality of this Eden salt tastes far better than any other salt I have ever tried!

I bought this salt to add to my morning water. Just a 1/4 tsp in a cup of water as soon as I wake up. It's not processed, and all the necessary minerals are there.
