These navy beans taste good cooked and served with soysauce. although there are many with holes and mold so be sure to check thourougly before cooking. They are organic and dont use pesticides or bad ingredients.The quality could be better ,though, if there were less bad beans.I would not recommend these to someone who doesnt want to have to sort through beans for a half hour.

I love Eden products no plastic waste good quality beans. Navy beans are great for stews salads hummus etc I’m on a vegan diet so I try to incorporate beans into my diet but a lot of beans make me feel heavy and tired. I cannot find NAVY beans here in this country. I was so excited to order them. To my surprise they are from Michigan where I was born! That was so exciting to me. They are not only organic, but they are so beautiful and clean. None of the beans were misshaped dirty or damaged. They came in a beautiful box with a window so you can see the beans. We had bean soup and baked beans, very good.

I bought these with some other beans from the same brand. They were all good. I put them in soup and in the rice cooker with rice and tasted very good. I like to soak them in water overnight and keep them in warmer part of the fridge for a couple days till they sprout and I like that taste and texture even more.
