Ive used this product for a few years now and soread out into usingvother eclectic institute products. Potency, consistency and quality are always great. Quercetin is a particularly good product for calming my allergies. Nettle contains natural Quercetin and other compounds that help reduce an overactive immune system. Its been a life changer for me.

Great nettle supplement, seems like great ingredients the capsules are very green from the powder inside of them. The pill size is average and easy to swallow, I feel it helps with seasonal allergies so I feel the benefit.
