I can no longer consume dairy and need a calcium supplement. Calcium citrate is cheap, but does not deliver as much absorable calcium as hydroxyapatite.
This was recommended to me by a health care professional as calcium hydroxyapatite is the slow release kind of calcium that lasts in your body. These are easy to swallow.
This compares to Jarrow brand for the type of calcium but allows me to supplement with my own vitamin C, etc at a much better price point.

This form of calcium is a good supplement for bones and teeth. I take this with vitamin D3 and K2 for my knees. This combination along with a healthy diet and sufficient vitamins and minerals keeps me away from nutritional deficiency. It is easy to take capsules daily. This brand provides quality products.
