I love this Udo's probiotic. It's just as good if not better than those high priced probiotics. Considering the cost of gas iherb is the best place to get it.

After my microbiome test I've found out that I need specific probiotics for digestion and intestines. This was the exact probiotics that I need but I missed the issue that it is not dairy free.Because of that it didn't give a good benefit for me unfortunately. I had to stop using it. There is no after taste and side effects if you're not allergic to dairy like me! Otherwise it is a good quality.

I think it’s nice they cater to seniors. I think it’s hard to determine how effective the supplement is but the package is good and the size and amount is great
I only use any one probiotic product for about 2 - 3 months at a time since a doctor once told me that's a more effective means of keeping your gut bacteria fresh & healthy. I can't swear that's true, but this is one of the brands I like most and use regularly.
