I like it so far, it is pleasant to take and seems good quality. The packaging is glass and seems sturdy. It is made with vitamin c ingredient too to help the absorption of iron, so that you don’t have to take them separately. It is vegetable based. You only have to take it once a day but my doctor said every other day is fine too, so it will last a while.
