The powder consistency is very fine and blends in well with a mug of coffee or drinking chocolate, and best of all it doesn’t clump. This Organic Cinnamon Powder is guaranteed to add that little bit of warmth and sweetness to your baking, pancake mix, breakfast bakes, honey cinnamon and oats bites, to name but a few, the possibilities are endless. I would advise that if you bulk buy, transfer to a 5L airtight container, to ensure quality and shelf life. The Frontier Co-op Organic Korintje Cinnamon Powder is of excellent quality! This ingredient tastes pure and gives just about any recipe a rich, warm taste. I used it when making some cinnamon rolls, and the aroma and taste were fantastic. With the 16 oz size, this is plenty big to make sure that you always have enough for all your recipes. That is my signature powder in the kitchen now, and I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to upgrade their baking and cooking with quality cinnamon.

This cinammon powder has great quality and contains all natural ingredients. It's fine powder and very easy to use. You can add to your yogurt and drinks. The taste is great, not bitter or too strong. I add it to my tea and it warms your body quickly. The size is generous as well. Highly recommended!

The quality is great because it is organic. Best tasting cinnamon. Love, Love the taste. I use it in many recipes. I do wish the package had a better seal. I have to keep it in a jar to keep out moisture.

I use cinnamon for cooking and desert , it worked well in cooking and AMAZING in desert ..made a special cinnamon taste without that bitterness that we taste from store bought cinnamon powder , this was another level I’d buy again .
