Good quality, good brand, good size. I bought some of this in bulk at a health food store before so I knew I needed more. Taste is good. I use garlic in a lot of my cooking. I always prefer fresh, but sometimes it seems fresh isn’t even fresh anymore.

If you're too lazy/overwhelmed/exhausted from the state of the world (who isn't?), this dehydrated garlic is incredibly helpful. I use it in many different ways - my favorite is on bread to make garlic bread or avocado toast and to make healthy fries in the air frier. Flavor is tasty and not too strong, and you get so much in the bag that you can easily adjust to taste. I have no idea how this can be so inexpensive, but I'm not complaining one bit.
Minced garlic isn't always available at the grocery store. I can always find what I need here at iHerb. This brand is great quality and iHerb offers it at a good price. The resealable packaging is very sturdy. The container is perfect for your spice shelf. I'm using it to make a batch of my own version of 'Everything Bagel Seasonings'. When you make it yourself with the spices from iHerb it tastes great because the quality is good and will taste great. It's very flavorful to use in soups as it almost melts after a slow cook. Highly recommend this minced garlic..

I'm happy to find organic garlic sold in such a big quantity. Though it is minced and dried it is still very pungent. Very convenient to use. I do hope however there can be "chopped" garlic than minced available (just like chopped onion) because I prefer bigger bite size (less oxidation). Thank you.
Quality garlic in a large size package to last a while. I add this to everything and it’s so much more convenient than chopping up raw garlic.
