I like this alot and the taste is great. YOu can mix into anything for a great taste and extra nutrients. I like to sprinkle on my salads. sorta sweet sorta sour flavor.
This is a great addition to homemade taco or chili mix, or when you just need a little extra tomatoey taste in addition to your paste, puree or sauce in a dish. One drawback is that I have it in a large jar and it sticks together. The flavor has not been affected and I have been able to loosen it with spoon.

This has replaced buying tomato paste and sauce. It is easy to store, only use what is needed so there is less waste, and it tastes just as fresh. It's as simple as added as much of a liquid of choice (water, broth, etc.) to get the desired consistency.
My students love this tomato powder, we apply only 15g to a 400g dough, it’s amazing and yummy. The quality is good, it has very intense tomato taste.
