1. The aroma is obviously! I am very happy about the purchase! The ones I got from Amazon are super old and smells like nothing!!!!!! Also Amazon ones tasted odd, almost like they added artificial sweeteners in it. I was worried to get bad ones again but truned out pretty good. At lease I open package and smelled the nice aroma right away!!!!!!! 2. Very simple packaging which is fine. 3. It’s mixed grades, so you can see that thin ones and thicker ones are together which is also fine. Coz I am not looking for Alba or C5 grade, As long as it’s fresh and fragrant. 4. sadly nice Cylon cinnamon cannot be found in Canada but have to be shipped from states. 5. Will recommend to friends and purchase again!

Recently I ordered the Frontier Ceylon cinnamon sticks fair trade 16oz. The sticks are big flaky, brittle and there with no any cinnamon aroma. They smell like wood chips. Previously I ordered Ceylon Cinnamon sticks from this same brand and they were slim, tight, short and very aromatic. Base on that it seems that the Ceylon cinnamon sticks I ordered recently are not really Ceylon cinnamon sticks.

So satisfied with the quality. Has sweet undertones to its taste. A sweet citrusy floral scent. It is what a Ceylon cinnamon is supposed to be like- thin, brittle, light brown color with floral scent. Makes it a perfect ingredient to be used on daily basis due to low coumarin content. It’s a perfectly sized package, lasted me a long time. Easy to grind to a fine powder, so can be used in any recipe. Cinnamon can also be incorporated in a diabetic diet. Highly recommended this!

‼️PAY ATTENTION: Cassia (it's not as aromatic or healthy) is often sold under the guise of Ceylon cinnamon. Make sure it says Ceylon cinnamon. And it looks different. Ceylon is a home of cinnamon. Top tier quality. Also there benefits of Ceylon cinnamon for the health. I use it for the tea. I didn't expect that there would be such a big package and so much cinnamon.

The product is fresh. Great price. Cinnamon is an essential ingredient in my Chai tea concoction and add spectacular flavor. I crush them to release the product’s oils. I appreciate the packaging.

I'm so grateful for Frontier Co-op for making their spices available in a large size. I store them in mason jars, for quick easy access to make my own chai tea each morning!
