Around where I live, there are fields and farms and piles and piles of dirt. Then the wind blows and all of that stuff they dug up blows up your nose. When benadryl and sudafed struggle, just add this to the mix for some help. Take some before you go to bed at night to start your day right. It helps.

Not sure if its working for sinus. I have used it on and off for a few weeks and I am not 100% sure if it clears your sinus. Have to use it longer to see. Quality ingredients but not sure about its efficacy.
