This is a really good product. I don’t have a gall bladder and found myself running to the bathroom after a heavy meal. If I take the Ox bile, it gives me regular digestion and I can enjoy my food.

I used nutricology, then Allergy Research Group, but last year the prices went terribly up. Then I found Seeking Health, but they stopped selling 500mg ox bile then i found Nutricost, tested it, loved it. They are all good. I use it due to lapband damage to the stomach, and gallbladder among other things. I can eat more and more fats again and little by little more food. Update; aug 2025 I now use nutricost way more wallet friendly. Just as good.
This was recommended to me by my integrative doctor. She said it's the best brand. The price is also quite good for 100caps and 500mg. It seems to help a bit with bloating but it hasn't been life changing for me, simply because I think I react more to carbs than fats.
