I LOVE this gluten free pasta. I have tried this brand’s sourdough pasta and it’s good, but it has a gooey film when cooked. The ingredients of lentil and rice version has none of that. It tastes delicious just like normal pasta. Plus the fact that it’s organic and glysophate free makes it a winner. Worth paying a little more for this excellent quality.

This this is pretty nice. The Mak is not better than your average wheat passed out however, I guess you eat it because you cannot eat wheat I won’t be purchase.

Many thanks to iHerb for offering so many items that are gluten free and yummy. Use this as you would wheat pasta for alfredo, red sauce, garlic/lemon/butter sauce as side or main dishes. Always good to have a box in the pantry!
