The moment I opened up the package, I was filled with aroma of freshly grated coconuts! I knew this is gonna be a top quality coconut flour but I wasn't expecting the excellent freshness. It's been 3 months and I've finished using this first purchase, the smell was still going strong as before. 3 months is a long time for a person who likes to bake banana cakes, muffins and putting them in random shakes and smoothies - but there is a reason for this. You don't need to put a lot of them per recipe! Looking back it saved me costs from buying other flours too. I solely use coconut flours now. :)

bought as alternative for almond flour as I can't tolerate that for my autoimmune sensitives. good quality ingredients and package and size is good for price and being organic. it benefits and can be part of my selective diet, package size is good for me as frequency of use is not daily. i just use it once or twice a week, 2 tablespoons to make a mug cake and top it off with coconut cream and some strawberries.

Been buying this Coconut Flour for years. This particular flour has the least amount of sugar which it makes perfect keto flour for baking-perfect for sponge cakes. Taste slightly sweet, so I wouldn't use it in any savoury recipes. Quality is so high and packed so good. The best i ever got for my diet

You’ve got to be careful baking with this flour, as it is weird. But when you get it right with a good recipe it’s awesome for low carb diets! Usually I use it blended with other gf flours and have had good success using it it cookies and cakes
