If you crave authentic maple flavor, you will find a million uses for these Vermont Maple Crystals. It is more of a powder than "crystals", and it dissolves easily in liquids. The pouch seals well, but I transfer the contents to a clamp sealed jar to keep it extra fresh. So glad I tried them and will put them on my repeat purchase list.

I have been following the AIP lifestyle for many months now and usually use maple syrup as the alternative to any other sweetener. However, in baking cookies etc, granulated works best, so i was very happy to find granulated maple sugar. Its very flavorful and baked up well. Will purchase again.

These Maply Syrup Crystals are very tasty! I bought them to take some maple syrup with me in my bag and I didn't wanted to take maple syrup in liquid form with me. So now I put some crystals in a tiny container, it is always in my hand bag together with some SaltStick Electrolyte Capsules and a foldable drinking cup. My body is sometimes in need of a quick pick-me-up when I go on a longer hike, in town or in nature, or when the wheater is hot or when I am just tired, and then taking these crystals together with the electrolytes is helping me a lot. And the taste is awesome, rich maple syrup taste.
These maple crystals tasted great! I bought this smaller bag to travel with and was the perfect size to use for that. Perfect to put in coffee and oatmeal, and is generally easier on my digestion compared to sugar or honey. The flavor and quality are really good and I would definitely buy again.
