Deeply recommend!
It has a "clean" taste. True, it's not as sweet as other sweeteners BUT others are so strong that once a while I have to stop or significantly reduce the use in order to feel the sweetness. This one on the opposite, after a while I get used to the taste and feel it's satisfactorily sweetness. No aftertaste, no side effects. Even if it feels not sweet enough at the beginning- give it a time. As someone who loves sweet but not sugar- deeply recommend.

Great for low carb diets
Gram for gram, it is a bit less sweet than sugar, but if you make up the difference with a bit of stevia this is a great calorie free low carb alternative for sugar in baking. I just wish it cost a bit less.
