SAM-e, 400 mg, 60 Enteric Coated Tablets

Never realized I may have had mild depression until I took this. Colours seem brighter and I would take 400 mg in the morning and if I wasn’t doing anything to boost my serotonin or opening in the afternoon, I would take another 400 mg at around 2 PM. You have to be careful on not taking this too late in the day

I take Sam E for my joints since I have pain/stiffness with my knee, my hip and my elbow. One time I ran out of Sam E, didn't replace it for a week or so and I felt the discomfort in my joints start to return. It's definitely worth trying if you have joint pain and stiffness. This brand seems to be the best price for the 400 mg. I take one a day on empty stomach in the morning with at least 4-6oz of water (can give me stomach ache if I don't drink enough water with it). You could start out with the 200 mg. It's good for other issues as well including mood and liver. Additionally for joint pain, I take Osteo Bi-Flex daily. I have practically no joint pain as long as I take both of these products (but take the Osteo Bi-Flex later on when having first meal of the day.

I've tried many brands of SAM-e and this one does actually seem to work pretty good without upsetting ones stomach. Only other brand I thought worked as good is the Natural Factors brands (200mg SAM-e). Although I have only been using this brand for about 1 week it seems to be working good. SAM-e is very good for your joints and VERY good for liver health. I am personally using it for liver health after drinking way too much. I've read many studies and seen many videos showing how good this is for you liver health, especially those of us who drink or drank too much. It also gives me a little mood boost and pep in my step. I'd say if your going to get SAM-e get this brand.
