Ox Bile, 125 mg, 180 Vegetarian Capsules

I've been taken ox bile on & off for a few years now, as my gall bladder & liver are having a hard time. I enjoy the smaller dosage as I can regulate how much I need (sometimes I increase it if I have been having more digestive problems, or been under much stress, or indulged a little too much). Works really well & super easy to take due to the size of the caps! My boyfriend also noticed the difference with his digestion since taking it. This particular brand is of great quality & ingredients, as I've compared multiple brands & researched the ingredients.

Took these ox bile pills and my tummy feels so much better after fatty foods. No more bloating or belly aches, which is amazing. The capsules are small and easy to swallow - I just double them if I need more. Love that they’re vegetarian too, perfect for my diet. Started with a few each day and adjusted as needed. Plus, one pack lasts forever!

This is my favorite ox bile product for a number of reasons. The dosage is just right for me, but even if I wanted to increase it after, say, a particularly fat-laden meal, it is so easy to just double the dosage. I started out taking 500 mg of ox bile immediately after gallbladder removal and this proved too much. Then I tried 250 mg and again it was too high a dose. After starting on the 125 mg I knew this was just right for me. I take it with just a mouthful of water immediately before each main meal of the day. I have not had any digestive issues since commencement. I would highly recommend this product. The brand is trusted and long-established, and the dosage size seems to be more suitable than the ultra-large dosed capsules.

Works wonderfully in helping to digest fats. Personally the 125mg capsules are enough for me, if I take a higher dose I get a burning sensation.

Part of my go-to supplements for digestion as I don't have a gallbladder. Especially useful after a larger meal to help digestion along. Wouldn't be without it!

I haven’t tried this product yet but I like that the company uses high quality ingredients. I like that it is a small dosage compared to other ox bile supplements in order to avoid possible GI irritation. I will likely take this just with high fat meals going forward.

you need to test with it individually when is best to take it, depending on your gut health i guess but once you got the right timing is a good product. I reacted bad at first but tried the timings (before or after food) then was ok.
