Taking one of these with 2 pills of allicin Max at every meal reduced my hydrogen gas reading. I learned that neem can eradicate certain bacteria in your system when you got SIBO but not all. So I had to take Biofilm disruptor from priority one. Now I am making a significant improvement in my progress.
