I usually take iron supplement for not more than 2mos as suggested by a physician. This one is my favourite as it don't make me constipated and helps me with my headache cause of lack of sleep. It doesn't have that bad taste of iron that's why I love this one from 21st century!

It is marketing point to make one for men and one for women, but no significant difference or something really special for women here. Generally, it is really good product with potent concentrations.
