I’ve been taking 21st Century Glucosamine for several weeks, and I can really feel the difference — my knees feel less stiff and sore. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad taste. Great supplement for joint health, definitely will repurchase!

I’ve been using glucosamine consistently for a few weeks and honestly noticed less joint stiffness, especially after workouts. I’ve bought this glucosamine again, but it will probably be my last time. The formula mainly contains oxide forms, which are known for slower absorption. The tablets are quite large, and I have to take three a day because the dosage per tablet is relatively low. Overall, I’m not very impressed and would only give it an average recommendation

this is a really good product if you have problems with the bones , specially if you are a senior.. my mom takes this for her leg and knee problems and she is happy with it, the quantity its good for the price and this package last for 3 months.. really good to incorporate in diets.

I brought this product for my parent aged of 68. They not yet have any problem with knee so I choose 1000 mg for them for just a protection.

Quality wise hoping it gas the same effect as my previous. expecting better benefits and better improvement on my knees.
