Blueberry Extract and Pomegranate, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

The reason why I bought this for my elderly mom is, is that the ingredient composition of blueberry plus pomegranate make great combo synergy. The blueberry benefits the eyes, brain, bone, heart and muscle whereas the Pomegranate benefits mostly the heart. The color of the capsules are dark maroonish purple. The size of the capsule is average and there isn't an issue with swallowing it. It is helpful for my mom as she loves watching movies at iPad and it helps to cut down the eye strains from it.

My doctor said my liver panel was a bit off and recommended I have more dark berries for the antioxidants and to consider taking or drinking pomegranate which is good for the liver. I found these and tried them and yes, my liver panel improved so... I will keep taking them in better health.
