I have been taking this for just over a month now and it has been incredibly beneficial for me. The price is a bit high, but you’re paying for quality, all round beneficial ingredients and something that actually works without harsh chemicals and side effects. I've find this less necessary as I've began to eat meat once again, but for a while it really helped my mood and energy levels. I still take it from time to time when I feel the need.
