Source Naturals is a brand I have know of and used for years and is excellent quality. I usually buy the 850 mg, but my last order saw this one with with 1125 mg. and will be ordering this one from now on. For those with difficulty swallowing larger pills, this would not be a good option. They're pretty big but way smaller than swallowing a mouthful of food, so. I have no problem swallowing them.

This is one of the best fish oil supplements on the market. The package looks nice. The quality has been tested for omega 3 ingredient purity and heavy metals. Fish oil is great for benefits of cholesterol, hair, heart, and inflammation health. These pills are tasteless, although as with all fish oils I get some "fish burps".

quality and beneit is so good for package it's great

I've been taking these for about two months to support my joint health, and I've noticed a real difference in my morning stiffness. The softgels are a good size and I never get any unpleasant fishy aftertaste, which was a problem with other brands. They're easy to swallow and I've had zero issues with stomach upset.
