RAW CoQ10, 60 Vegan Capsules

When I started taking CoQ10 - I bought Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 100mg. I took for about 2 months but started noticing one day that I had been having a lot of anxiety for a couple months and couldn't figure out why. My daughter also was taking the same supplement and she mentioned the same thing. So I decided to get off of it and try another brand. I came across Garden of Life Raw CoQ10 Chia Seed and bought. My god what a difference it made. No more anxiety, lowered by blood pressure and I feel so much better. I will never ever by any other CoQ10. I love the Garden of Life brand and given that most of their supplements are NSF certified, it is one of the few brands I use. I only buy NSF or USP certified supplements for safety reasons, so I was disappointed when I realized this did not have the certification. I should have checked that before buying, but I assumed it was certified since it was Garden of Life. Just be aware of that if certifications are important to you.

I was taking this for a year with no sign of improvement of my health, then I found out it's more beneficial for people over 60. I'll try again in my later years.
