I researched online for a few weeks looking for something to help Osteoporosis. I settled on this product as well as 1 other product. The ingredients seem to be good so I will see if there is improvement on my next bone scan. The quality of products from this company appears to be good and the expiration date is good. The downside is it's Out of Stock everywhere I look online.
