I am using these for hot flashes, and because I am a breast cancer survivor. I'm aware of the fact that DIM helps in many ways to protect against breast cancer. For hot flashes, while it does not take mine away totally, it certainly decreases the frequency and severity of the darned things. Highly recommended.
I love formulas for women hormone balance, but this had no effect at all and even could have done worse. I had intense pain 5 days before menses as never before. If there is some pain, it is present always only when menses actually is showing up. And I know that this is only from DIM, because I had no stress, no bad food and I know what sort of pain is from women problems.
I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet smell of the pills. Because DIM derives from cruciferous vegetables I was expecting a broccoli-smelling pill but I was wrong! DIM is often recommended for females, but it benefits males just as much. Taking it for my reproductive health (male, 33).

Excellent. Worked well for monthly symptoms. But it smells STRONG! I read reviews that say it's not supposed to. On the + side the stench isn't chemical so it's ok.

My doctor told me at the moment not to use it since my estrogen level is quite deep and we don’t want to let it drop to deep. When I will use it I will let another review.
Once I switched from 100 mg of DIM to this 150 mg version my achy breasts felt normal again. Who knows if this supplement is the reason for that, but possibly!
