I've taken mega-doses of vitamin c daily for decades. This is my favorite. It is buffered, so it won't cause stomach upset. It is also quite economical, and doesn't taste too bad. Highly recommended. Everybody should take some Vitamin C daily now, in this challenging time. Buffered Vitamin C combines a highly absorbable form of vitamin C together with the buffering minerals magnesium, potassium and calcium to allow higher doses without stomach upset, and for supporting proper muscle relaxation and contraction. Great for “Flu Season” and great for avoiding sickness altogether. Powerful antioxidant. I like the powdered form, it is easy to regulate the dose. It dissolves in water well. The taste is not so sour but still artificial. Stay healthy!

I mix vitamin c powder in an water bottle. That I drink all day. I prefer powdered vitamins rather than capsules because it is absorbed instantly, the results are quicker. I like this brand's Vitamin C powder because it comes in a very concentrated amount and Dr.gerson recommended this brand. I use only the tip of a spoon and mix it with water all day long. If I recommended one vitamins, I would also recommend Vitamin C because the benefits are quite comprehensive in one place both stimulate the production of collagen, helps nourish the skin from within Improves immunity but it is not recommended to eat a large amount per day because it may cause oxidation instead, I eat the whole family. It's great value for money. It's also important to be buffered with vitamin C, It doesn't sting the stomach. Overall, I rate 9.8 / 10.

Now that we’re in the winter season I was concerned about getting enough Vitamin C. ‘Not a fan of tablets or get caps for Vitamin C. So, When I discovered this form, I am so happy. 1 tsp in 8oz of water. It doesn’t need to be stirred and there is no foamy head at the top. Dissolves completely. The taste is mild .. think of lightly salted water. Very pleased with this product & recommend you try it.

Have used this for some weeks now. For me it tastes almost neutral and not negative. It gives me deeper/longer sleep taken in the evening just before bed. If you give it a little time after adding it to a glass of water (so its finished bubbling), then all powder dissolves just fine with enough water. Quality seems very good. I also love the combination with alkaline minerals like Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium, a smart way to neutralize the acidic C-vit. My body has just positive reactions to this. Recommended
