It's a lot of work to research which vitamins are worth spending your money on, so this is my decide once brand to buy. It's a good value for the money, has no lingering after taste that could make me nauseous, is just one pill daily, and contains all the right things you're supposed to have. Even when I'm not actively pregnant or nursing or even trying to get pregnant, it's cost effective enough that I keep taking it for the sake of addressing any deficiencies.
