This is probably the only softgel Vitamin C product I can find on iHerb. I bought this to mix the content with my facial oil and it perfectly serves the purpose. Skin feels soft and brighter after applying it.
I have been taking Vitamin C for close to 20 yrs now in either liquid or softgels. This was a request from my doctor to take 1500mg per day. I use to always get colds and sore throats, and I can tell you that I have had only 1 cold in 20 yrs ! I believe that taking Softgel's and liquid vitamin C has made the difference. I take 3 - 500 mg softgels every day. If you have suffered from colds and sore throats, you may want to give this a try.....EVERY DAY, Even if your not sick.
