For us it is a must have at home. 1/4 of tablespoon in the morning or more depending on feeling. Neural taste as for us, perfect quality as usual. Combination of Calcium ascorbate+D+Zink+Grapefruit seeds during first signs of illness = good feeling soon. Good size, ingredient and package=benefit for good health.
I use about a teaspoon in water every morning and vit c later in the day. Powder form is the most convenient and best value for me.
Calcium ascorbate is low acidity, which means you can have higher doses without it giving you the loose bowels effect. It's easy on your stomach. I bought a 1/2tsp spoon and I have 1/2tsp first thing in the morning and again last thing at night. If I'm unwell I have a couple more doses through the day. It's pretty tasteless. I'm fine mixing it in water.

I love the Vitamin C supplements from Nutribiotics because of the quality they have. This particular one is great because is a non-acidic form, so my wife can take it even having ocassional gastritis. The taste is a little bitter, but just a little.
