Great iron supplement for people with iron deficiency. I try getting iron naturally but it’s not always an option. With food and this supplement, I believe I get my daily dose. But I probably wouldn’t just reply on a supplement itself

These are okay - I thought they were natural iron (ferrin iron) which they aren't, they are tablet form. Still I'll use them and they've been fine.
