I have been using Joint Synergy for about one year, 2 capsules a day to keep my knees in good condition. My knees get pains occasionally, but the pains were minor went away quickly. I believe the capsules help quite a lot. I had bought it to one of my friend who have been suffering from knee pains, and my friend get relief from the pains very soon after taking. I'm skeptical when I buy these one-size-fits-all solutions but I can say I'm incredibly happy with MRM's joint synergy tablets. I've noticed a great improvement in my inflamed joints swelling and pain reduced in only a few weeks of use. I only take one a day and if that's the benefit then I can say it does more than advertised.

Ok this supplement on paper contains a lot of beneficial compunds and ingredients. I love the fact that it has collagen as well. I lift weights and I believe this would help me a lotto keep my joints ready for heavy weights. Started taking it recently and no side effects. All good.

I take this in the evening and so far pleased with the absorption to my stiff joints, by morning. I would wake up in the middle of night with painful fingers that lock and are painful. It’s a great help, when not eating well, because of travel…and relieves stiffness.
