We have been mixing 1.50 tablespoon of this oil, with 1 tablespoon Manuka honey, juice of turmeric of and ginger. This mixture makes excellent antibiotics for flu, cold andto boost immune system.
Olive leaf complex is excellent for hypertension patients. I bought it for an elder family member who struggles with high blood pressure, and this drink really helps regulate the blood levels. The only downside is that the price is too high.
