texture is slightly thin (better than expected as one may anticipate it could be even more thinner with this brand), cheese flavour not strong but okay for me

this brand is great. blue cheese was awesome, i mixed it with some greek yogurt to make it thicker and it was amazing. tastes so good and close to the regular thing. excellent for diets i highly recommend it if you like blue cheese. nice quality even though its a little thin.

While it has a blue cheese taste, it feels like missing the mark since its taste wasn't very pronoun. The texture felt a bit too liquidy. All in all it's a good product, but don't buy it thinking its a 1 for 1 swap.

Bleu cheese dressing is either impossible to find where I live or extremely expensive. I sometimes make my own, but again, the ingredients are hard to find and very expensive. This Walden Farm Bleu Cheese hit's the spot. We use it on salads obviously but also as a dip. The price point is good so I always keep a bottle or two in the cupboard. Great stuff.
