This tea helped get through my anxiety before finals. It really helped in easing my nerves and relaxing me and it actually taste good too and smells nice. And it’s a good quality tea.
I’ve used this tea for a few weeks to wind down after long shifts. The lavender scent is prominent—great if you find that relaxing, but potentially overwhelming if you prefer mild blends. Taste-wise, it’s earthy and floral without feeling "soapy." The chamomile adds a pleasant, honey-like base that balances the herbs. Word of caution: don't over-steep it. Leaving the bag in for more than ten minutes creates a bitter aftertaste
You can’t really taste the chamomile in the tea blend, which might be the only disappointing thing about this tea. Other than that it’s great for relaxing and other benefits, it’s also caffeine free and sugar free. The ingredients are purely herbal, which I think is nice.
